Cop Entry provides AI-assisted police report generation tools designed to create professional draft reports. All generated content is provided as drafts only and must be reviewed, edited, and verified by the officer before submission.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must:

  • Review all generated content for accuracy
  • Edit drafts to reflect specific incident details
  • Verify compliance with department policies
  • Take full responsibility for final submitted reports

3. Draft Nature of Content

IMPORTANT: Cop Entry generates professional drafts requiring officer review and modification. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their final submitted reports. Every situation is unique - always customize generated content to match your specific incident details.

4. Payment Terms

Billing is processed monthly. Users may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel subscriptions at any time. Free trial includes 5 reports over 7 days with no credit card required.

5. Usage Limits

Report generation limits apply per plan tier. Exceeding limits requires plan upgrade. All reports count toward monthly usage regardless of save status.

6. Liability Limitations

Cop Entry is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated drafts. Officers retain sole responsibility for their official reports and any consequences thereof.
