We want you to have a great experience with Cop Entry. If you run into a billing issue, contact support and we'll review it quickly.
How refunds work
- Billing is handled by Stripe. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may approve them at our discretion.
- If you were charged in error or experienced a critical service problem, reach out and we’ll make it right.
How to request a refund
- From your account, open Contact Support and include your email and a brief description.
- Or email us directly at support@copentry.com.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals and you keep access through the end of your current billing period.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
